fry9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fry9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the fry9 website, mobile application and any services offered through these channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on fry9, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 2.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on fry9. If you have previously had an account closed or suspended, opening a new account without notifying fry9 is a breach of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your fry9 account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must keep your username and password secure and must not share your login details with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact fry9 support immediately. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

fry9 supports PKR transactions via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and payment cards. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion charges on fry9.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly once the payment provider confirms the transaction. fry9 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the fry9 payments team. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Typically credited within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Raast transfers: Same-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cutoff.
• Bank transfers: Processed on the same business day for standard amounts; larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that belongs to the same person as the registered fry9 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. fry9 may request supporting documentation to confirm that the withdrawal destination belongs to the account holder before processing.

fry9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, fry9 may request additional documentation and will act in accordance with its obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fry9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before the bonus converts to real money or a withdrawal can be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — check each promotion's terms for specifics.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household or device.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — for example by placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — is considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being voided, winnings being removed and the account being reviewed for suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on fry9 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules for that game or market.

Bets are final once confirmed. fry9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in circumstances where a market is settled in error. In the case of a settlement error, fry9 will re-settle the market correctly and adjust affected account balances accordingly.

• Cricket and sports markets: Results are settled based on official match outcomes from the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or postponed, fry9 will apply the settlement rules stated for that market type.
• Slots: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are displayed within each game's information panel.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fry9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, text, software interfaces and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of fry9 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any fry9 content without prior written permission.

Game content on fry9 is provided under licence from third-party game studios. All rights in those games remain with their respective developers and publishers. fry9 does not transfer any intellectual property rights to players by granting access to the platform.

9 Privacy and Data
